Love the blend of new and old... .
While on our family stay-cation @hotelbelair last month I found this shot of Marilyn Monroe on the hotel pool menu. After a bit of research I learned this image was from her last photoshoot before passing away. The shoot became known as "The Last Sitting" and was shot by Bert Stern on the grounds in 1962. While I enjoy all the amenities of modern hotels, I'll take storied history any day. A bit more coverage of our stay on the Instagram Story in my profile aptly named Bel-Air Hotel.
