Desiree Linden (@des_linden) fought through wind and rain to win the women's division of the #BostonMarathon on April 16, becoming the first American woman to do so since 1985. Linden, who finished second in the 2011 Boston Marathon, finished Monday's race in 2 hours, 39 minutes and 54 seconds, according to an official end time released on the marathon's website.
