I never thought I could love my body after having babies, I never felt attractive or worthy of love because all I ever saw in the mirror were my faults and imperfections. My body wasn’t the shape I wanted, my skin was torn from stretchmarks, I looked and felt so exhausted constantly and my clothes no longer fit me or made me feel comfortable. But day by day I learned to love myself as a mother and a woman. When I became a single parent I was relieved that the taunting and negativity stopped and my life beautifully pieced back together. I couldn’t believe the first time I was given a compliment, when people told me I looked like I hadn’t had kids, when they said I looked so healthy and happy... it was then that I finally realised it was because I was happy, my body mind and soul in a good place with good people. Everybody deserves love my darlings, it starts from within, it’s the change and passion and drive to become your true self and only you possess that power. The rest of the world will follow suit, life falls into place and finally it feels easy ☺️ --------------------------
