It’s amazing to see how gyms have evolved in the last 10-15 years. I wonder what they will look like 10 years from now ??

Name something futuristic that you’d want in your local gym! I think it’d be cool to have an entire room dedicated to recovery. I’m talkin’ ice baths ❄️, cryotherapy tubes, and physios to stretch you out and send you on your way. A machine that spritz’ mist on your face just because ? Or a non-allergenic cat mascot who never lets you pet her and judges your plank form from afar ?? Brb, where da suggestions box at??
