Definitely the most beautiful hanami spot I’ve been this year?. I was like whaaat isss thisssss?? how can such a place exist with no tourists in sight!! I’m so glad we came here!! For those chasing the cherry blossom, you are still in time for full bloom in Miyagi Prefecture, and soon in the northern region of Tohoku. ?

This place is called Hitome Senbonzakura (一目千本桜, literally a thousand Sakura in sight) in Ogawara Shiroishi River, Miyagi Prefecture. Catch the endless pink blossom along the 2km riverbank.
