TL; DR: Swapped my usual Chinatown dim sum feast for this divine Supreme Saturday luncheon exclusive to @yauatchacity and I promise you this £52pp menu is worth every penny. ? @verna.banana

THE DEETS: The entire Supreme Saturday package (veggie menu also available for £48pp) starts with a welcome drink - that pink Lychee Ginger Collins in the background (other options also available), accompanied by selection of 6 steamed dumplings and 4 baked and fried pieces per guest, which I all loved, especially the venison puff, the truffle spring roll and the wild mushroom dumpling.

This is then followed by a main dish each, featured here are the truffle pork belly rib, which in my opinion is to die for and very calorie worthy (you get me?!), and the lobster vermicelli pot that was also very delicious (third option is the classic rib eye beef in black bean sauce). In addition to this is a side of garlic baby pak choi (gotta eat some greens) and steamed jasmine rice. And as for drinks, you are free to select between red and white wine, or champagne for a little extra luxury.

If you’re a foodie like me, then you might have heard about the famed patisserie selection at Yauatcha. So of course not to be missed are the delightful desserts, and photoed here is the salted caramel delice, with a touch of banana and lime, served with a scoop of banana ice cream - divine!

Last but not least, I HAVE to rave to you all about the #belvedere Espress Cocktail - the new invention by Yauatcha. No lie, but I legitimately gasped “holy shit” when I took the tiniest sip and urged my guest to try it, to which he reacted he same! (I swear to god this is not an exaggeration) The macaron I really wasn’t too fussed by - admittedly, I prefer the likes of #pierreherme and #laduree for sure.
