Although the bulk of your progress comes from the work you put in, supplementation can help you along the way. Your BCAAs can be taken pre, intra or post workout. I prefer taking mine intra workout. I usually put a scoop in my water bottle and just sip it during my workouts! I take the Best BCAAs daily and if I’m training later in the afternoon and need an extra kick I’ll take the Best BCAAs + energy
