When people saw @zengirlfitness show up in my Mexico story, I got a few direct messages like— “You brought your trainer on vacation???” Ha. No. Before I started working out with Jennifer, she was another mom at school. We met when Mazzy and her daughter Lola were in the same class. It was at a school event that we got to talking and she suggested whipping my butt into shape. In the kindest way possible. Since then, we have become really great friends and when she told me that she was looking for a place to go with her family for spring break, I said, “Come to Mexico! We’ll have so much fun!” And we did. Our kids and our husbands got along great, and vacationing is so much more fun when you can do it with friends. Even when they make you work out first thing in the morning! #momfriends
