??#realtalk One Awkward Ass Exercise & I WOULDN’T recommend it to anyone ANYMORE! This exercise is just plain stupid along with all the other crazy shit you see on Instagram which is posted just for views and likes. I am GUILTY of this and that is why I am reposting this video.
Don’t get me wrong I will always make videos for more views and likes but when it comes to HEALTH & FITNESS we should not be performing stupid shit like this. There are 100s of other, safer ways to target your chest than this. SO STOP DOING THESE CRAZY ASS, USELESS EXERCISES YOU SEE ON INSTAGRAM & STICK WITH THE BASICS...THIS IS HOW #gains ARE MADE?...Tag A Friend Who Needs To Know This????
