@itsuofficial has always been one of my go-to restaurants when I’m looking for healthy vegan food out and about. All too often we turn to cheap and naughty fast food to satisfy junk and sugar cravings and as soon as it hits our stomach the rest of the day goes downhill because we fall off the wagon, start snacking on sweets and overeating as we chase the next craving. I literally drool at the thought of having an Itsu and their veggie rice bowl isn’t only gym-friendly but tastes out of this world! Containing quinoa falafel, red and brown rice, fresh seasonal greens and a velvety red thai coconut sauce it’s topped with gochujang chilli and teriyaki that gets my tastebuds dancing and balances my need for textures, flavours and hot and cold food all together in one perfectly sized portion. They do a gorgeous cranberry and elderflower juice too which I always make a beeline for and thanks to their fresh and fast menus I can have a decent well balanced vegan meal within minutes without guilt.
