Flowing alongside nature’s greatness ?? After this incredible sunset, I went home and finally watched ‘Before The Flood’ ?? if you haven’t seen it yet, YOU NEED TO.
? Our earth is crying out for help.
The devastation mankind has made on our home is unbearable ? During our short time here, we have consumed, polluted, and destroyed every ecosystem more than any other species on this planet.
We need to change.
It might seem overwhelming, and you might think you don’t have any influence or power to make a difference. BUT YOU DO.
As a race, we influence each other. With our beliefs, our voices, and most importantly our actions ??
WHAT CAN YOU DO TODAY TO HELP OUR FRAGILE WORLD? ?
??Turn off lights & appliances if you aren’t using them. Even at the power point!?
??Dry your clothes on the line, rather than the dryer ?
??Walk or ride your bike as much as you can instead of using the car ?
??Eat less beef. It is one of the biggest causes of greenhouse gases and requires the most amount of land to produce. (in the US, of all the land used for food production, 70% is used to grow feed for cattle. 1% is used to grow crops for humans) ?
??Avoid products that use palm oil. Palm oil is a major cause of deforestation ?
??Use a reusable keep cup for your take away coffee. Take away coffee cups can’t be recycled ?
??Vote for people who support climate action ??
??Use reusable grocery bags ?
??Recycle! ♻️
??and don’t be afraid to TALK & SHARE! Teach your kids, chat with your friends and family, get environmental friendly initiatives happening at work, and most importantly lead by example.
