Oddly, sometimes you are gonna offend or upset ppl when you are focused on bettering yourself.
.
Sometimes we will unconsciously let others dictate our improvement by not wanting to hurt them..by putting their wants first. Even something as simple as attending a workshop or workout to better yourself can be scrapped in favor of hanging out with someone you love.
.
Now I’m all for giving the ppl you care about your time, but don’t sacrifice on improving yourself. It’s actually the least selfish thing you can do for yourself & anyone close to you.

Lead by example. STOP feeling guilt for becoming a better version of yourself. TODAY.
.
And for crying out loud..STOP feeling guilt over not feeding someone your energy when all they do is suck the life out of you.
