“You’ve got such great skin”! is a compliment I get that I think is funny to hear. It’s like saying, "you are so thin”! Someone is subjecting their view on you, reflecting, and comparing themselves to you. Truth is that I have my skin battles, concerns and intolerances too. My skin is super sensitive to sun, sweat, hormones, is fair, and easily to flair up. For me, fitness has always been a big part of my life, but sun & sweat causes rashes and redness.
