I love using Instagram as a platform to share my ups, but I also have downs too. Right now I am feeling shit scared of change. Could it just be me getting older? Reading a book titled “The Surrender Experiment” about letting go and going with the flow. Change is inevitable and this thought is probably one of the hardest things I’ve had to approach. Still, I have cuts and bruises from trying to fight. Truth be told, I don’t know what’s going to happen, so controlling the outcome is futile. I am trying my hardest, trying to trust that the situation is going to put me through the changes I need. If I let go, and go with the flow, I can let things unfold, present themselves, without struggle. I will not change. I will be me, but better. #surrenderexperiment
