Day 68 of 365. What a great rest day. I had my first cheat meal in 3 weeks tonight. Here’s 6 of my overhead squats from 18.3 last night. These felt good. I did 10 and 10. 35# felt good and I really wish I had my dubs so I could have RX’d this workout and did the 80# OHS. Oh well, gives me something to work towards next year ????‍♀️.
