Happy International Women's Day!!! There are a countless amount of women ? who inspire me every day in many different areas of life including in the athletics world ?

One of these amazing ladies is Abbey, my amazing 800m Australian buddy!

She is the most incredible woman on and off the track. Super speedy and hard working, has an amazing outlook on life and overcoming obstacles, always encouraging others, and making everyone she meets feel important. Big things ahead for her ?

Also my Mum, who is one of my absolute closest friends and a wonderful role model. Supporting us children through the ups and downs of life

And to Eileen, my 91 year old friend and mentor, who Christ really shines through! I want be like her and lots of others when I'm older ❤️

Many many others but I would need to write a book ? haha
