Encouraged to run this time this far out from the Games (44 days) for only my 2nd 800m race since August (1st race was the heat 2 days earlier).

Thanks to everyone for the support especially my coach @dannytmackey, husband @sam_tri_run, my Mum and Dad, and of course God for helping and guiding me through the ups and downs of this crazy sport ❤️
