Another day, another session.
Today's training consisted of:
Warm up run (3km), technique drills, intervals: 4x 1km, 4x 150m, warm down run (2km). Little break, then gym session which included weights, plyometric and core.
.
Session on a rough grass track so times are slower than on a proper track.
.
4x1km with 2mins30 recovery between: times were: 3.04, 3.06, 3.06 and 3.08.
.
No 150m mark so not sure on exact times but around 19-20s.
.
I love hearing other athletes training sessions so thought I would post mine every once in a while.
.
Windy but good session and great to have Sam and Tux to help push me through (Sam was doing 1200s)
