How about a before and after photo? On the left I’m a blonde 18yr old glamour model, on the right I’m now a 30yr old bodybuilding mother of two covered in tattoos. I’ve switched from platinum blonde to my natural dark blonde hair, ditched my full face of makeup in favour of natural skin and a flick of eyeliner, built my skinny frame into a strong athletic body and raised two children single handedly for the past ten years without ever going up a dress size because I maintain my weight through fitness and nutrition. I’ve worked incredibly hard for everything I’ve achieved, my business, media and marketing, journalism, personal training and nutrition qualifications. I’ve been through a collapsing chest and breast reconstruction surgery, two eye surgeries, cervical cell removal and suspected brain tumour. I’ve recovered from very unhealthy relationships which absolutely stripped me of my self confidence, self esteem and self worth and I’ve made peace with my life as a mother, a woman and a person. I now have over 3 million social media followers and use my reach and influence to help others, especially charities and those less fortunate. Life is a journey of growth, acceptance and understanding, becoming the best and most real you that you can be my darlings, it takes time but eventually you’ll find yourself and your purpose and then everything will fall into place. I’m here to motivate, inspire and help you to heal. I hope I can encourage you to be kind to others, to accept your body and find true self worth because we are all individuals who are capable of great things.
