Hotel Room Workout ? If you don’t watch my instagram stories then you’re missing out! I share snippets of my workouts on there, just like this one I did yesterday ➡️ 5 press ups ➡️ 10 squat jumps ➡️ 20 walking lunges ➡️ 30 mountain climbers ➡️ 40 bicycle crunches ➡️ 50 glute bridges ➡️ 5 rounds with no/minimal rest ? This is a less intense workout, perfect for if you’re a little jet-lagged but will want to move your body ?Honestly in the past two months my average workout has been 20-30 minutes long and pretty much totally bodyweight. Don’t get me wrong, I love lifting weights. Love. It. But my schedule right now is favouring shorter bodyweight workouts and I’m fine with that! ?? Fitness is a lifestyle, a long term journey.
