Today’s Travel Workout ? Zero equipment, 30 minutes long (max!) and can be done anywhere! This morning I walked to the hotel gym and literally walked straight back out - who wants to train in a gym when you’re in Hawaii!? I needed to be outside - and this workout hit the spot ? ➡️ Run for 5-10 minutes until you find a beautiful spot, this is your warm up! ➡️ 15 Minute AMRAP - complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes: 12 twisting pop squats, 12 lateral jump burpees, 12 high knees & mountain climbers (one rep = 8 of each!
