For the young yogis who live at the @baale_mane home for disadvantaged and abandoned girls in Bangalore, India, yoga is more than an activity — it’s a way of life. This is just one of the reasons why we’re committed to building them a yoga pavilion and updated living facilities through our nonprofit Alo Gives. Our yogi friend @adellbridges recently had the incredible opportunity to visit and practice yoga with the girls at @baale_mane and quickly learned that their daily practice contributes to so much more than just their physical health. “There are many definitions of what yoga is out there, but these girls truly embody what this practice teaches — compassion, unity, love and dedication.” For more on Adell’s visit, check out our blog!
