Yoga means something different to everyone & each perspective is uniquely beautiful. ? @move_yo_asana shares some insight about her practice: "I believe that movement is medicine. At its very essence, yoga brings us back into simplicity, back into the present moment, by bringing our awareness into our breath, our body and our thoughts. By becoming an active observer, we begin to learn more about ourselves. We start to realize that all the thoughts that we carry with us are sort of fogging up the lens through which we are perceiving the world, & by observing a steady & dedicated yoga practice we begin to clean our lenses & clear our perceptions. Yoga is a lifetime practice. Yoga isn't so much about achieving goals & accomplishing things, but rather creating a nurturing space where we can show up for ourselves, observe what we're feeling & experiencing in every moment & learn how to be compassionate with ourselves along the journey." #aloyoga
