In order to avoid the disproportioned development of your chest, hit a variety of angles and movement paths. While the triceps are secondary in pressing motions, the biceps are secondary in flys. In order to have a well rounded chest and supporting cast of ligaments do both motions. Make sure you hit all angles and occasionally decline movements to make sure there are no  disproportionate or muscular imbalances that can come with it. The moves above are not only functional and key for development, but deliver strong isometric contractions which we want to have full concentration on the chest and anterior deltoid. We are midway through the week so let's go get it done! Start taking the actions you need to succeed.
