Upper Body Workout ?? This is my first time lifting weights in 3 weeks so I eased myself in with a 30 minute session. It was based around compound sets & supersets - completing two exercises back to back which target the same or opposing muscles?➡️ Tricep Push ups 3xfailure & DB tricep press 3x12 ➡️ DB press 3x10 & skullcrushers 3x12 ➡️ Close grip pull down (banded) 3x10 & straight arm pull down (banded) 3x10 ➡️ Wide bicep curls 3x8 & narrow bicep curls 3x8 ?
