This recipe has our famous Black Bean Garlic Sauce! This sauce is salty and spicy with a hint of sweetness!

Ingredients

Peas and carrots 4 Ounces
Button mushrooms small, diced 4 Ounces
Shitake mushrooms small, dicedshitake mushrooms small, diced 4 Ounces
Bell peppers removed stem 2 Whole
Rice uncooked 4 Ounces
Water 1 Cup
Onion small diced 2 Ounces
Butter 2 Tbsp
Black Bean Garlic Sauce 3 Tbsp

Sauces

Black Bean Garlic Sauce 3 Tbsp

Directions
1. Sauté rice with 2 tablespoons butter. Add onion, cook mixture until rice is coated with butter.
2. Add Black Bean Garlic Sauce and vegetables. Stir well.
3. Add water, cover the pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until done.
4. Spoon mixture over bell pepper
5. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
