I had leftover seven layer dip from gameday yesterday, and instead of going nuts with nachos for dinner, I made fresh flour tortillas from scratch, cooked some chicken thighs in a sauce made from garlic, infused olive oil my friend's wife made, done apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth.
The tortillas didn't come out perfect (feature, not a bug), but I did end up with one burrito-stlye thing, a rolled soft taco kinda thing, and a quesadilla ish thing
They aren't much to look at, but they are delicious and I made them all myself. #dinner
