To build fuller shoulders, you’ll have to hit all parts of the muscle (front and rear delts included). Here are two supersets from my last shoulder day:
1️⃣
??Lateral raises - try not to let your traps interfere and avoid bouncing
??Around the worlds - keep your palms facing forward and shoulders back
2️⃣
??Rear delt cable raises - again, avoid trap interference and bouncing -
??Front delt cable raises - focus on keeping your shoulder down and in place while raising
