Last year I had the privilege of meeting the most beautiful people who shared these sorts of stories with me. Stories about how their companion animals catalysed change in their lives. I really hope that these remind you of the importance of the animals we choose to share our lives with.

This is a project that I worked on with a lot of solid friends. @zachdriftwood shot this video of @tomas802 and a few others I’ll be sharing in the next few months. My friend @spencerjose wrote the music.

The project is part of many that @healthypaws is working with to use science to back the positive health affects companion animals have on our lives.
