How to be a dog: go outside.

Of all the studies out there, my favourite is that within minutes of being outside, cortisol (your stress hormone) reduces, and endorphin levels and dopamine production go up. Your blood pressure goes down, your muscles relax, and your brain activity spikes.

No wonder dogs love it so much.
