In mine, Momo leads us in the direction we need to be led, the calm sage, asserting order and inspiring introspection. Boo, the pillar, the protector, standing up for both his big and little brother. Yaya, sweet well intentioned Yaya, sweet I-don’t-know-what-to-do-with-all-of-my-love Yaya, sweet instigator rabble-rouser I’m-bigger-than-my-body adventure-seeking Yaya. I love our adventures. I’m making this 2024 calendar with the three of them. Hide and seek photos seen and unseen all over the world. It’s not the book that lives in my soul but it’s a chapter.
