INGREDIENTS:
?1-pie crust
?2 cups- ricotta cheese
?1 cups- grated Parmesan
?2 tbsp-minced garlic
?2 tbsp-roasted garlic
?4 Tbsp- chopped fresh basil
?1/2 tbsp- olive oil
?2 tbsp-#flavorgod garlic lovers
?1/2 tbsp- #flavorgod pink salt and pepper
?1 1/2 lb-sliced heirloom tomatoes
?Garnish with small basil leaves

DIRECTIONS:
⚡️preheat oven to 400 degrees ⚡️bake pie crust for 10 minutes, take out of the oven and set aside to cool
⚡️in a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, olive oil , Parmesan along with chopped basil, minced garlic and #flavorgod seasoning.
⚡️spread the cheese mixture on top of cooled pie crust
⚡️sprinkle on top with #flavorgod seasoning
⚡️arrange tomatoes on top of cheese mixture
⚡️top with roasted garlic
⚡️garnish with basil
And serve with balsamic vinegar
