INGREDIENTS:
▶️Salmon filet (skin on or off)
▶️to taste #Flavorgod Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper
▶️2-tablespoons #Flavorgod Buffalo seasoning
▶️Cooking oil as needed
▶️1-cup - sliced fennel
▶️1/4-cup - sliced red onion
▶️2-tablespoons - chopped dill
▶️3- slices lemon
▶️1-tablespoon capers

INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD DRESSING:
➡️1/2-cup - red wine vinegar
➡️1-tablespoon - minced garlic
➡️1-tablespoon - olive oil
➡️1-tablespoon - #flavorgod Buffalo seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
?Sprinkle Flavorgod Pink salt onto salmon filet
?add cooking oil to cast iron and heat on high
?cook salmon for 3 minutes on each side until done
?arrange sliced fennel, red onions, capers onto a plate
?top salad off with cooked salmon, garnish with seasoning
