( patties I cooked similar to In&Out) I used a griddle , but feel free to use a pan.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup yellow mustard
Canola oil
2 pounds ground beef chuck (80/20)
Garnish: *optional
Ketchup
4 hamburger buns, split
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
3/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
4 to 8 thin slices tomato
Freshly ground pepper
8 slices American cheese or cheddar

1.Season both sides of the patties with FLAVORGOD Pink Salt&Pepper.
Place the patties on the griddle (or large frying pan) and cook 3 minutes.
2.Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard on the uncooked side of each patty, then flip, season with FLAVORGOD Jamican Jerk and top each with 1 slice cheese; continue cooking about 2 or 3 minutes for medium doneness.
3.Once done, garnish with caramelized onion, bun, pickle, lettuce and tomato.
