Ingredients:
Burger:
1 ½ lbs. @5280meat Grass-Fed Hamburger
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
@Flavorgod Seasonings Everything Seasoning
@5280meat Black Pepper Bacon (cooked)
Sliced Swiss Cheese

Sautéed Mushrooms:
1 box sliced mushrooms (8-12 oz.)
2T ghee butter
@Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn

Directions:
Burger:
Combine hamburger, Worcestershire sauce and Flavor God Everything Seasoning and form patties. On a hot grill (450-500*F) lay a piece of grilling tin foil on top of grill. Place patties on the foil and press down firmly with a spatula until burger is about ¼- ½” thick. Let cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. Remove foil and finish burgers on the grill, 1-2 minutes more each side (depending on how well done you prefer your burgers). Turn off grill and add Swiss cheese. Once the cheese is melted you can assemble your burgers!

Sautéed Mushrooms:
In a medium-hot skillet add your ghee. Once melted, add mushrooms and sauté until lightly brown, about 3-4 minutes. Season with Flavor God Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn.
