Forget takeout, our recipe for Steamed Broccoli with Hoisin Chicken is lighter and fresher!
Ingredients

Broccoli, stems thinly sliced and the top cut into large florets 1 Bundle
Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut in halves 4 Pieces
Salt and pepper 1 Pinch
Panda Brand Hoisin Sauce 3 /4 Cup

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F and spray baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Place chicken into baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour Panda Brand Hoisin Sauce over the chicken to coat evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
3. In separate skillet on medium heat, pour in about an inch of water and bring to a boil. Place the broccoli stems in a bamboo or collapsible steamer. Set steamer over the boiling water, cover, and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add in florets and continue to cook until vegetables are crisp tender and bright green. Season with the salt and pepper.
4. Divide the chicken and broccoli among 4 plates and serve.
