It’s almost a week since my unpleasant incident occurred while training and I’m still unable to climb ?‍♂️ I did a checkup at the doctor today and fund out it’s not to serious, final conclusion that I tore one of the small rib cage muscles. I should be fine in a matter of a week or so but that means I have to cancel my trip to Spain for which I was preparing the whole January ?
Usually when I get injured I can still do lots of stuff but at the moment I’m happy I can finally stand the pain while deadhanging ?
I guess everything happens for a reason and I’ll try to make the most of it ?
