You may know by now that I’m a massive number bunny! I’m incredibly driven by goal setting, getting results and making progress and I’ve enjoyed tracking my fat loss as I dropped 5.5% bodyfat in 13 days and gained muscle whilst still partying at weekends, ordering takeout and fine dining - i.e I don’t starve myself or yo-yo diet! Fitness is about finding balance, living a lifestyle that makes you happy and putting in the effort required to achieve results - I work hard and believe I deserve to play hard. I’m extremely excited to begin the next leg of my fitness journey by studying for my level 4 nutrition exams, my brain enjoys being fuelled almosssssst as much as my stomach! ??‍? P.s I may have looked down on the scales hence the height difference on my weigh ins but I’m relieved to know that I haven’t shrunken permanently! ----------------------------
