My Italian Zest is perfect for a meatball sub that also features @5280meat Italian Sausage and Hamburger. I'll take 2 please??‼️

Ingredients:
Meatballs:
1 lb. @5280meat Italian Sausage
1 lb. @5280meat Hamburger
@Flavorgod Seasonings Italian Zest
½ c. bread crumbs
1 egg

Sandwich:
Baguette, French Roll or Sandwich Bread halved
½ c mozzarella cheese
1T ghee butter
½ c marinara

Directions:
Meatballs: combine all ingredients and form into meatballs. In a skillet on medium-high heat, lightly brown meatballs on all sides and then bake in a 350*F oven for 10 minutes.
Sandwich: spread ghee on each half of your bread, season with more Italian Zest and bake in 350*F oven until lightly toasted. Remove and add marinara, meatballs and cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
