Click the link in my bio @flavorgod ✅www.flavorgod.com - My seasonings are excellent with fries and preparing dipping sauces such as a pesto or aioli?? - @denimelon: - Ingredients: 3-4 medium to large russet potatoes, washed cold water olive oil 1-2 tbsp FlavorGod Garlic 1.5 cups packed fresh basil 3 garlic cloves 1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts juice of 1 lemon, divided in half 1 tsp FlavorGod Garlic pinch of black pepper 1/2 tsp salt (if not using cheese) 3 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional) scant 1/2 cup of olive oil 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 garlic clove - Preparation: Preheat oven to 400F. Cut the potatoes into fries. Place in a large bowl and cover the potatoes with cold water. Soak the potatoes in cold water for at least 20 minutes. Drain and pat dry really well. - Add about 1 tbsp olive oil to your hands and massage the fries to coat. Add the flavorgod garlic.Bake in a single layer on a silicone or parchment paper lined baking tray for 40 minutes. Rotate and toss the fries after 20 minutes, then continue baking. - To make pesto, combine the fresh basil, garlic, walnuts/pine nuts, 1/2 of the lemon juice, flavorgod garlic, black pepper, salt/cheese (if using) in a food processor. Pulse a few times to combine. Then with the processor turned on continuously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a thick paste forms. Set aside in an airtight container until ready to use. - TO make the aioli, smash 1 garlic clove into a paste, whisk in 2 tbsp mayonnaise, the remaining 1/2 of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp pesto until combined. Serve with the fries.
