Recipe below is how to make buffalo cauliflower.

My salad also had:
?Lettuce
?Tomato
?Avocado
?Carrot
?Blue cheese crumbles
?Ranch dressing from scratch
?Celery
?Red onion
?Cilantro

INGREDIENTS to make cauliflower:

?1 - head cauliflower, washed and broken into bite-size flowerets
?2 - eggs, beaten
?2 - tablespoon milk or water
?1⁄4 - teaspoon #flavorgod pink salt&pepper
?1 1⁄2 - cups flour
?3 - tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

?#flavorgod buffalo seasoning - to taste
?oil (for frying)

DIRECTIONS:
?Preheat oil in thick bottom skillet to 375 Fahrenheit.
?Place eggs, milk or water and #flavorgod pink salt&pepper in a shallow bowl, mix well.
?Next Combine flour and cheese in same bowl , Mix well.
?Place flowerets into mixture and coat well.
?Fry in batches for 4 - 6 minutes or until golden brown.
?Drain on paper towels and lightly salt.
?Sprinkle #flavorgod buffalo seasoning on cauliflower and Serve w/ dipping sauces such as ranch or blue cheese.
