This time of year is all about our Galette des Rois, traditionally eaten on January 6th to celebrate Epiphany (the day the Three Kings visited Baby Jesus). It’s made with flaky puff pastry filled with creamy almond frangipane, then hand-scored on top to resemble a crown ? and baked until golden. Each comes with a golden paper crown and ceramic fève to hide inside - find the fève and you’re king for the day!
