Here are some common mistakes I see as a trainer! Many women complain about knee or back aches after doing lunges. Lunges should NOT cause you pain in your knees, back or shoulders. If you find this is happening, please reassess your posture and stance. The key is to go slow! Perhaps you may need to stabilise yourself by holding the wall to begin with. It’s all about practice!!
