So today I said I would upload a few exercises that I DO to help with my posture. Other than compound exercises like deadlifts, these are some of the exercises I have used to increase my back muscle control and improve my posture??. If you are looking to make this a workout, try 12-15 reps of each exercise (per side if it’s a single side exercise). It’s important to do these slow and controlled!
