Height 5’7 .

Training: 5-6 days a week with one rest and recovery dayI typically do one week strictly strength exercises. Hardly never do I do heavy weight. Just moderate and high rep, and then one week hiit training where I add in bands, ropes, sliders and many other fun toys. . I get my cardio in during my workouts but adding plyometrics to keep my heart rate up. Fast and furious is how I like to train. .

Diet: I do intermittent fasting: I love food and when I eat I eat a lot so this works best for me. Plus it’s a perfect setup for my schedule. I don’t count macros but I have in the past and if I had to guess I’m probably around 2200-2500 a day probably 45% carbs and 25% fats and proteins. Like I said this is a estimate since I now just listen to my body and eat accordingly. If you’ve been following me for a while you see that i cook ALOT. I eat at home almost everyday which allows me to my control the quality of my foods. .
