I make this frozen classic every year which is why I had to share it with you in my Christmas cookbook (link in bio)! A real centre-piece it's also crazy delicious and easier to assemble than it looks!! Brilliant. It's sort of a cross between a summer pud and an arctic roll, with chocolate, cherries, vin santo, panettone and pistachios!!
