I get asked a lot how often I workout. To be 100% honest, I'm lucky if I make 4 workouts a week. Some of my days begin at 5 and last all day. Some days I simply can't go because my hair will be ruined for an event at night. (lol I'm not joking it's serious) Fitting it in with an unconventional schedule is kind of a pain in the ass. BUT I think I make up for it when I do make it to the gym or my workouts. I don't half ass. I really try to target the muscles and the form I'm being asked to target and I listen to my trainer and instructors. I think doing it right is even more important than doing it often. .
I also get the most out of my workouts by adding @1stPhorm protein to my after-protein snack. It helps to build muscle, adds energy for the rest of my day and it tastes bomb. #getitrightgetittight #legionofboom #1stphorm
