Tufa training!! As a sort of base training each year I do 10 move circuits on specific types of holds: crimps, slopers, and my favourite: pinches! This year I decided to not only focus on my grip strength and add some dropknees. Lots of hard routes I tried lately have some insane dropknees (egyptian, lolotte, all the same), so I felt it was time to test my knees to the limit ?
