What did you get started? Whenever I lose focus or motivation I ask myself that question. For me, I wanted to seek out a fit and active lifestyle that would improve my health every year. Time and time again I saw so many young people in the hospital that became weak, sick and with reduced quality of life and I thought, there’s got to be a way to prevent that poor lifestyle. There’s got to be a fun way to make fitness elevate your mood, strength and overall well-being. Age is just a number when your body has the ability to get stronger every year. Guess how old I’m going to be this month ???
