PLEASE READ... Honesty time. This photo was taken back in October. I’m currently at home, sick with head cold and feeling really fatigued and de-motivated. I don’t do well sitting around the house or missing my workouts. I get really down on myself when I miss workouts and feel weak and de-motivated. I’m trying to tell myself this is temporary and will pass and that my body needs to rest but I do get immediately depressed when I miss the gym for a week or more. My mood feels low, I feel lazy and not at all energized. I wanted to share this with you all so you know - we’re not all perfect and we all have de-motivated days. I can’t wait to have my full energy back so I can feel strong and get my happy mood back. Do you ever feel guilty and sad when you are sick or miss workouts? I’m the worst lol. The gym is literally so therapeutic for me.
